I started my career here and for 3 years, I had good learning and growth. The salary is decent for starters, but the duration for promotions is very long. It all depends on the project in which you are placed after training.

If you get placed on a low-budget project, your learning curve will be steep. (Vice versa with outings and fun – the curve goes down.)
