You’ll meet a lot of good people.
They’ll make it easier to get through your work day.
Accenture might be a great company, but if you’re at the Nashville Advanced Technology Center, you may not experience the good part of the company.
Morale is very low, with people being bounced around from training to training. Communication with managers and leadership is pretty much nonexistent, which leaves people frustrated because they never feel like they know what’s going on.
Having to apply for roles that you don’t qualify for every day is frustrating as well. Most people in that office were unaware that you’re expected to find yourself a role once you’re hired.

Train the people you make managers and the people you choose to lead your offices. Also, look into what’s going on at the Nashville location. There’s a reason the turnover is so high, and it’s not because we can’t do the work. It’s because of the lack of communication, frustration with applying for roles, inexperienced leaders, and low pay.
