The company, as it is, is very good if you've just started working and it's your first job because it's a multinational. Furthermore, like the vast majority of companies, it offers courses or training.
The bad thing is that it's quite difficult to move up, as there are people who have been working for years and might have moved up 1 position or been promoted, but their salary hasn't increased.
