Pros

Large company, decent benefits. Opportunity to connect with people of all backgrounds. Lots of opportunities to travel for projects. The Entry Level Technology Associate job is a great opportunity for new college grads or someone new to the Tech field unsure of where they want to go. If you're entry-level, make sure you will be in TDP (Technology Development Program).

Cons

Large company, can be hard to connect with the people with the ability to help you when you run into roadblocks. I was told one thing in the interview and ended up stuck in a career path I did not choose. Lots of obstacles to overcome to get clear answers.

Advice to Management

Be direct in the interview process. Listen to current employees when they express concerns about the direction of their career in the company, and take steps to let them know you hear them. Design a plan, send an email, or make practical suggestions, etc.

That's what Accenture is all about, at least, that's what the company claims to be.
