The interview process was smooth and cool. He never tensed me for even a minute. I would say that he asked me questions as per my resume, mainly on the projects that I mentioned in my resume.

Not very seamless. There was no proper recruiter to contact in case of questions. They canceled the interview multiple times and rescheduled. The company should improve the interview process. I am not interested in going with them again.

Pros. Initial stages of the hiring process, including the first technical interview and assessment test, were structured and provided a good opportunity to showcase skills. Cons: Significant uncertainty and lack of clarity in the hiring process. A
