Best company for CAT preparation
- Too much spare time because work is easy, so there's a lot to learn (politics).
- Clerk-level work makes you wonder why they need engineers.
- It's the best company to ruin your career if you're from a CSE/IT background.
- It tests your luck all the time (to get good projects if they exist).
- Everything is nice for managers and worst for ASE/SE.
- Onsite is a myth (you can see a little bunch of people going every time).
- They will train you to become dumb.
- No use of certification (they will push you every quarter) because they don't use it.
If you are supposed to bring in an SME from a different company, why would you have the old resource fire them or give them a roll-off?
