High salary for a few months or a year, after that they suddenly give shocking news such that today is your last working day. If you want to say something, then they ask, "Is it an order?"

Cons

Fire suddenly, without notice, within one day. All your dreams will be a layoff.

Advice to Management

Do not hire candidates over your capacity so that firing will be reduced. Employees are the company's family. So do not do such firing suddenly in any case. Give some time before terminating service. So, I request companies to be humane, cool-headed, and remove angry features when terminating an employee.
