If you have talent (technical skills or communication), then for sure you will have a good place.
Instead of giving negative feedback to a company, it all depends upon the project (client) and project management.
There are few projects which will experience worse than anything. Politics will be more, and even if you keep your life in the project, you will always be criticized and recognition will not be there.
There are few projects where we will feel it's a great place to work, and if you are inside that great team, project, and project management, I'm sure you won't want to come out of that world.
