Because of too many trainings, your personal time will also be consumed just to complete all the trainings.
Some of the leads are expecting too much from you, even though you are newly trained.
Don't expect too much from new roll-ins (newbies).

I got a call from HR, and my interview was scheduled for the next day. It was a 1-hour interview. After 2 days, I got a call that I was selected, and that was the final round. I got the offer very next day.
