Best place for freshers and 10+ years experienced.
Freshers will get a lot of opportunities to work. Job security and steady growth are the best positive things here. The work culture is friendly. Work-life balance is good, barring a few projects (I have a very bad experience, but still think it is excellent in most projects).
If you are here for more than 3 years, your growth will be limited. Even HR/Management will have no supporting approach if you want to make a switch internally. You will find yourself in a position where you have no option other than switching.
HR is a puppet of managers. Managers will use you till their benefit. Your growth and grooming are not their concern.
Management should manage their management department properly. It is like big fish always trying to dominate the small ones. Politics should be minimal, especially in North Indian offices, by senior management.
