If you have no projects for people, upskill them rather than firing them. It is such a shame that Accenture fired people from the bench directly without any cross-skilling initiatives.
There was an HR and a Technical round. It was quite easy; they mostly focused on the major projects I've done in my academics. They asked me about my internship and a few technical questions from SQL and Python.
