A lot of smart, interesting people who work hard. Great training programs. Wide offering in ERGs and other activities.
You feel a bit like an outsider, definitely isolating.
Expectations are, at times, unrealistic.
Very judgmental management.
Almost no leadership.
It’s definitely all about the money you can bring in.
Talk to your leaders. Employees need to feel like they belong. Check on your managers periodically to make sure they are leading the team as expected.
