Salary and benefits are good.
Accenture feels like you are in school, where you keep on learning things on a daily basis. If you fail a course, you will get additional courses to complete. I'm not sure what the strategy is here. It's like unless we implement it, there is no use for it. But they are intent on daily learning.
Maybe stick to corporate culture rather than school. People want to learn new things at their own pace and in the way they like it. It can't be enforced just because the company needs to stand out to its clients.
