Amazing training provided by the learning and knowledge management teams.
Most of the projects are hectic, and some, unfortunately, force people to work on weekends.
Because of the hectic work, people don't really get a chance to participate in the above-mentioned enriching initiatives by the company (in the cons section).
There should be a tool in place to rate people higher in the hierarchy and to closely monitor how people treat others.
