Had a telephonic interview first, where I explained the work I had done and answered a few LIMS analytics-related questions. I also later attended a video call with the manager.

Basic interview, no tech questions. They sent the negative result after 8 months. The interview was so easy, I was confident I'd crack it. They did not send anything—thank God I joined somewhere else.

There will be 3 rounds: 2 tech and 1 HR. The first tech round will have completely technical questions focused on basics. The second tech round will be managerial and technical, but the maximum focus will be on managerial aspects.
