Great working environment. Flexible with timings (depends on your supervisor). Good number of projects in place and in line. Hard work is rewarded. Senior managers and MDs are always approachable. Always puts innovation into practice. Has done away with the Bell Curve for performance appraisal and has started focusing on individual growth and contribution.

Very strict with the dress code. Office timings could be relaxed a bit. Very choosy in providing laptops. Few onsite opportunities. Junior resources are mostly shielded by their supervisors or seniors in their team. This does not let an individual at a junior level face the client or take ownership, which doesn't help in their growth.

Allow junior resources to take more responsibility and ownership, which will develop them as a leader.
