There is no chance for an onshore opportunity if you are stuck in a US project, a three-month gap in the appraisal deadline when it is applicable. This is the same with a performance bonus.
Also, there is no specific criteria for performance bonus calculation. And don't even dare to ask them, as they have no answer.
Diversity is good, but don't just promote someone because they are a female candidate.
Plus, you should reduce the notice period. Three months' notice is unrealistic. You are not hiring nuclear scientists, where you need three months to give knowledge transfer to a new joiner.
There should be transparency for variable pay.
