They attract you with salary, but it's totally a disaster to start your career with Accenture. Once you're on board, you'll be in training for 2 months. After that, you will be put into a project, but 6 months from then, you will be free. You will not be given any work; you just have to simply come and go. Also, they will approve your leaves even if it's 10 days.
After these six months, you won't be active (physically and mentally) as before; you will be used to getting good salary without any effort. And now, you will be inside a project, they will not give you any leaves, work for them forever, and will fire you if you talk against them.
And now, you'll be in a position where you realize that you have wasted 8 months of your life, and you will have forgotten everything you learned. You don't want to continue with the company anymore, but you will also not have much knowledge or confidence to switch companies.
Finally, for the money that they give you, you will become their slave forever.
They say that they won't give shifts to girls, but it's a total lie. Once you get into the company, you will be their slave and do what they ask you to. If you are a fresher, for one year you will be on probation and you don't have any rights to speak up to them. They can fire you right away. For the first 21 months (if you are in level 12), you should do only as they ask you to. You will have to come in shifts, work 10 hours a day, etc., etc. You can never speak against them. If you do so, they will ask you to resign. They don't value people. They treat you like slaves. Once you are in, you cannot live a peaceful life at all. Think thrice before choosing this company, especially girls. Once you are in, you are trapped. The only way out is resignation. They will show off with their huge buildings and salary only, but you will forget your dignity.
Technical round - Related to Angular mostly, project-related experience, Angular new versions, JavaScript questions. HR round - Common interview questions, candidate history.
The first round was cognitive assessment, followed by technical assessment and a coding round. If selected in all three rounds, you will be entering the communication assessment. Otherwise, you will be rejected, so please prepare well.
My Accenture interview was smooth and professional. The panel focused on communication, basic technical questions, and situational problem-solving. Confidence, clear answers, and a positive attitude mattered more than deep technical detail.
