Pros
  1. Really good payment for a completely inexperienced developer compared to other companies in Athens.
  2. Good, helpful teams. There is always someone to help you, even at the most inconvenient times of the day.
Cons
  1. Promotions take more time than they should. Instead of promoting you even if you perform exactly as they want you to, they will throw some bonus money your way until you fit their quota to be promoted.

  2. Don't expect consistent overtime payments. You will need to work overtime, ranging from one hour to three perhaps every day (of course, that is project-specific), but you won't be paid for that extra time every time. If you don't ask for it, you will not be paid.

Advice to Management

Keep track of overtime. Many employees are working to their wits' end, day in and day out, and they are not paid a single dime.
