- Overtime rarely being paid in most projects.
- Medium salaries.
- Promotions come with very long working hours and not with satisfying increases in wages.
- This does not provide motivation for staying, leading to a high drop-out rate.
- Promotions do not always have to do with skills.
- No remote working opportunities.
- For promotions, it is more important to stay long hours at the office than to be productive and skilled.
Higher salaries as levels increase.
Please do not advertise so much at interviews that overtime is being paid, since it is 90% of the time not the case.
