Very good training for freshers. Highly skilled professionals. Best-in-class project methodologies. Hands-on experience in latest technologies. Good for the long run.
No option to select project, technology, or place of working.
Frequent change of working place and city within the first 2-3 years of joining.
Please allow freshers to choose the project where they have interest. Mere assigning them to random projects won't help in the long run, and people will eventually leave Accenture for other companies where their desired technology is offered.
