Most of the freshers will be put into a functional testing role, even though they have very good technical knowledge.
Freshers cannot expect a very good hike, even though their performance is top-notch.
If you have joined as a fresher, then you will have to wait a minimum of 2 years for your first promotion. This means that for the whole 2-year period, you will be considered a fresher, which is really sad.
- Freshers should be put into projects based on their technical knowledge and not on a random basis.
- Candidates from other companies should be hired based on their technical expertise and experience, not just on their resume.
