It was a group discussion round. There were four candidates. A topic was chosen, and two were asked to group up. One group was required to speak 'for' the topic, and the other group 'against' the topic provided by the interview panel.

It was campus recruitment many years ago. The process started with an aptitude test, which was quite difficult. They asked math and English-based questions. After this, group interviews were scheduled, followed by an individual round.

The interview is normally composed of several stages, including an informal chat, assessment centre, and 1 to 1 interview. The assessment centre was roughly 3-4 hours over an afternoon. Usually, there is a group of people, and there is a group task.
