The salary is great, and health insurance is awesome.
Terrible HR experience; internal processes are a mess. If you go in as an intern, they pretty much do not care about you, so long as you bust your behind working overtime to compensate for their lack of teaching. It's a very disappointing work environment. Lots of HR feedback, but none to you, so you should always be asking (or demanding) for it. After the first project, you're expected to work the next one pretty much by yourself, but that is not said upfront. So, learn all you can before that and be very independent, organized, and methodical if you want to continue there.
Be aware of the human part in "HR" because that's what you're there for. Be upfront and transparent and don't use subterfuges to get more working resources for less. People are assets and not commodities, be sure to remember that.
