Pros

If you want to work hard without any good pay, then Accenture is good.

Cons

Depends on the project. The 9-hour work schedule often requires 12+ hours of work to complete tasks.

Accenture does not provide automatic first-year increments. First-year promotions are also not available, unlike competitor companies such as Cognizant, TCS, and Infosys.

Advice to Management

Please provide first-year promotion automatically and year increment based on candidates who are working more than 10+ hours per day. It feels like working hard for new, one-year candidates, but there are no benefits compared to new learning candidates.
