More and more projects are taken by the organization, and if you have the right skill set, you can learn well.
For freshers, they can't choose what to learn or what technology they want to work in. They will be randomly placed in projects, depending on requirements. Sometimes, the work won't necessarily be useful for your future growth. If you are into domains like D365, you might be benched for 3 months or more. Benching kills your valuable time and experience, whereas some people who joined with you will get good projects and learn a lot. It completely depends on fate and luck. It shouldn't be that case, right?
