Good place for lateral entry. Don't join as Level 13 Associate; you will regret it
Work-life balance.
Lot of internal learning programs.
Very little salary for Level 13 Associates (who are recruited from Arts and Science backgrounds), although they do the same work as Level 12 associates.
HR policies are terrible.
To get promoted from Level 13 to Level 12, you have to wait for two years and clear an assessment.
Internal politics are extremely high.
