I can say confidently that Accenture is my best choice during the pandemic. It has given me a hike twice during the pandemic.
If you are interested in the opportunities provided by them, like AWS and Azure trainings, people will not hesitate to support you until you get certifications.
Growth will be less as they try to fit you into some vacancies without giving importance to your interests.
