Good environment. Learning depends on the project you're in, but is mostly mediocre. You'll mostly be working on some tool, the knowledge of which will not be very useful unless you wish to grow your career in the same tool's field.
High chances of you being placed in a project where you will feel like not working, just because you know it's not adding anything to your experience. If you do not plan on working on the same tool 10-20 years down the line and wish to see a much wider variety of careers, then this place is useless, especially now when there are lots of other things people are realizing they are good at.
No more are these mass recruiters the only option an average student has. A little bit of hustle can land you a job with double or triple the CTC.
But if you wish to go for higher education and just want to do a job which adds to your CV, this place is great!
Management quality really depends, but be ready to face some level of office politics. You won't meet one employee of this organization who says they don't suffer due to office politics.
