It all depends on the project aligned
If the project is good and the team is good, it is an okay place for freshers to start.
My project manager was a workaholic.
Too much pressure, especially for a fresher. But again, it depends on your project. Few friends of mine in different projects were barely doing anything in a day. While in my project, the manager and the onshore team were expecting too much from freshers.
My manager sometimes used to speak in a very rude way in the internal calls.
