Lots of projects with different technologies. It encourages you to upskill and pursue industry certifications. It's easy to get into Accenture as there are lots of openings all around.
Management is not employee friendly. They only care about the company and their own growth options.
HR policies are also not employee friendly. They believe in a "fire and hire" policy and do not try to retain talent.
People have to sacrifice their work-life balance to complete unrealistic goals and actions.
Lots of layoffs occurred during the pandemic, and now they are hiring like never before. This shows poor management and poor long-term visibility.
Try to retain talented people instead of wasting resources on hiring new people and training them.
