- They don't object or reject your claims if you have proper documents.
- Everything is systematic.
No work-life balance.
No welcome kits.
No additional perks after you join the company.
Everything is in the hands of your manager.
Managers play a lot of politics.
Please take care of your employees and their growth, and don't be like "use and throw."

Applications Development Associate Manager
