As I have joined recently, I didn't see any special pros that only this company has. But below are a few:
- Work from Home
- Number of opportunities and projects
- Scope for learning
- They don't object or reject your claims if you have proper documents.
- Everything is systematic.
No work-life balance.
No welcome kits.
No additional perks after you join the company.
Everything is in the hands of your manager.
Managers play a lot of politics.
Please take care of your employees and their growth, and don't be like "use and throw."
