- Need to put in long hours (10-hour workdays at a minimum, averaging 12 hours a day).
- Hard to find work-life balance (depending on project and workload, this was my case).
- Too process-driven.
- Making your client happy is only half of the job; you need to put in extra-curricular activities to be visible to C-level or senior managers to further your career.
