This is a great environment for entry-level employees, since you are always guided by your career counselors and your team leads. This is also great for mid-level to senior employees, as you will have good work-life balance here, as well as good benefits.
If you happen to get to a project with 24/7 support, that would not be worthy, as you will have no good work-life balance on that project and work would just be a daily routine most of the time.
Hopefully, management will learn that some employees have their own life too.
