Pros

Well-diverse company. Lots of trainings to choose from. Lots of supported certifications. Well-process oriented, which makes it. Culture and people.

Cons

When you're in a project, it's hard to request a roll-off to explore other opportunities within the company.

Salary for a home-grown employee is not quite high versus the salary value outside. Therefore, people intend to move out.

When you resign, there is no negotiation on compensation to match a third-party offer.

People are used to working long hours because work and administrative tasks both need to be met.

Advice to Management

People are your most valuable asset. If they are important, support their needs to grow (career and financial).
