The people here are good and friendly. Good work-life balance.
Freshers who join are randomly assigned a technology, and they get no choice in it.
For level 12, the central tool looks after locking resources (people) to projects, and it is very flawed. Projects often cannot lock a person to a project even if they want to.
Stop considering all freshers as sheep.
One of my friends had a lot of freelance experience in web development right from college. But he was assigned mainframe technology, which is practically dead.
He was on the bench for 5 months and then he left, but they didn't let him get into projects with skills that he actually had expertise in.
