A mix of good and not so good experiences
For me:
Learning was good. Managers were kinda supportive. Perks and rewards were apt.
The Learning and Development team was pathetic. HRs were unprofessional and kept scolding new joiners for simple things. Specifically, Suman Chandra Khan, that person was famous for his shouting and scolding nature.
Sometimes, work-life balance was toppled.
Please respect the newcomers and handle them with care, as they are industry entrants and unaware of many things. Scolding and shouting won't help. People like Suman Chandra Khan should be trained properly to handle the situation, or else be given less engaging jobs (good for them).
