People are friendly, and the work environment is good.
Your efforts are appreciated here, but this also depends on your team and manager.
- Working hours in some projects can be too much.
- Promotion cycles are good compared to other service-based companies, but they are not the best.
- There are many projects in which the learning curve may not be suitable for you.
People should be awarded for their efforts with a revised compensation letter. They should not be made to wait until the next promotion cycle.
