Pros

Positive corporate culture.

Diversity is championed.

Progressive technical policies.

Cons

You'll get sectioned off with a group and assigned a skill and role to learn (teach yourself).

In the role where you were told you'd be mentored, you are not. You are left to find the answers yourself.

The skill you learned is not necessarily coding, but low-code busy work. If you used to enjoy using your mind to solve problems and create programs, now is the time you will realize that this will never happen here.

You have a people lead assigned to help you, but to get them involved is like pulling teeth.

Poor management all around, or at least on the low end, from what I can tell.

Advice to Management

Ask incoming people what they aspire to do and give them a choice. Talk to them and, more importantly, listen to them.
