Fairly low stress, depending on the chosen/designated role.
Poor salary, poor communication, little facetime with managers and senior staff, no event organization, little learning opportunity. The company doesn't seem to care about employees.
Pay your employees with sufficient finances and attention, rather than leaving them to drown in such a large corporation.
