Once upon a time, it was a good company.

1. Variable pay percentage is too much, and what you get in hand is 20% of that yearly.
2. No job security. Just one email comes for a meeting one day before the firing, and the next day you will be fired.
3. College-passed-out HR girls who think themselves as some queen. If you ask questions, their ego gets hurt, even no matter how polite you are, and they start preparation for firing you.
4. No good yearly hikes. In 4 years, my maximum was 3.5%.
5. The company focuses on show-off; it's not realistic.
6. Canteen food is the worst; people complain, but there's no change.
7. They hire you for the Bangalore location, and if you're on the bench and get a call from a Chennai project, you should be ready to go to Chennai. They are not bothered about whether you are staying with your family or not; you just need to go.
8. Be aware of HRs; these egoistic, immature girls can make your life hell very soon.
9. Fake company, always wanting to show off, but bogus inside.
10. Plus, recently they changed strategies. For example, a piece of work earlier 10 developers used to do now has to be done by 5 developers.
