Good people from levels 9 to 12. Level 9 is a complete disappointment.
Manager and senior management is BS.
Associate managers are good folks.
No growth. Senior management urges everyone to upskill themselves and then doesn't approve trainings, boot camps, and certifications. There is no work-life balance.
Day will go. Night will go. I remember working 2.5 shifts plus weekends and still I'm not allowed to clock more than 9 hours on the timesheet (which decides my salary).
Projects are ready to cut employee allowances in half even when expenses are justified.
Go sweet talk your clients, not your employees. Don't make promises you can't keep.
