All pros depend upon the project you are in, but some points are:

• Opportunity to get cross-trained.
• New leaves policy for expected fathers in India.
• Good salary offered upon joining.
• Overall, there is very good diversity and respect for everyone.

There are few

• Management expects you to do extracurricular work apart from the project to get a promotion. Maybe this was a scenario only in my project.
• I have seen some 2-year experienced employees sitting on very low salaries, but on the other hand, fresh employees with the same experience are being hired at double packages.
• Management can be tricky. Like in most companies, favoritism can play a role in promotions.

I believe the leadership is already doing a very good job of taking care of everyone. It's the lower management they need to keep in check.
