Good career opportunities and enough flexibility
- WFH option is available in almost all projects.
- Work-life balance can be well maintained.
- Not great, but employee perks are at par with other service companies.
- Hierarchy is not very flat; getting your opinion up the ladder is difficult.
- Resource management is not up to the mark.
- The yearly review cycle needs to be more transparent.
