I did not have interaction with people from different projects.
So, it will not be right for me to point out cons.
But one thing is for sure: HR's interaction after I joined the project was almost nil.
Only your project manager can take care of you, as far as I noticed.
But my experience was not bad.
Try to increase interactions with employees to understand if something could be done better within the project.
