Good working environment. People here are helpful and collaborative.
Good infrastructure.
Executed an actual hybrid working model (unlike other competitive MNCs who ask employees to come to the office the entire week). They are liberal when it comes to WFO.
I heard the hike is good. But it wholly depends on your project and managers, irrespective of your performance or project performance.
Consider me: I had good visibility and appreciation in my team, as well as at the management level, but this was not good enough to get a hike or promotion.
Please make sure the skillful employees are compensated properly.
