Good compensation and salary benefits.
You are on your own. I have worked in other organizations, but I have never seen seniors with such rude behavior. They treat you like a competitor. There is a lot of work pressure with less prior training.

The interview process was quite smooth. The only issue is if you want to change location; that process might take long. Otherwise, the interview process was quite good and the interviewer was quite helpful.
