The company offers many benefits, but what I like is that I was able to buy some of their stocks.
No work-life balance unless you are assigned to a good project and management.
Management is tolerable at times, but that will be your main reason to find a new job.
If you're homegrown, your salary is not that high.
Please improve. Most of your employees resigned because of bad management. Some of the team leads or managers tend to overuse their power.
