This is my personal experience during my tenure. Many senior managers and leads behaved poorly. They forced us to work every weekend, there was no work-life balance, and they did not treat employees well.
Deliverables are there, but employees are also humans, and they need time for personal life. We should take care of that as well.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * HR discussion The technical round was based on areas worked on or experience in. The managerial round included both technical queries and soft skills.
Nice experience. They will ask basics as well as some project-based questions. They will ask a few questions on your experiences. They will ask about the landscape of the current project on which you are working.
