Good policies, but do they really help employees?
Good bench policy, a lot of projects.
This is my personal experience during my tenure. Many senior managers and leads behaved poorly. They forced us to work every weekend, there was no work-life balance, and they did not treat employees well.
Deliverables are there, but employees are also humans, and they need time for personal life. We should take care of that as well.
